Required Cisco training has completed. Technicians have completed lab work relating to Cisco equipment. Technicians have completed Cisco training for Cisco routers and switches. Some key areas covered were:Routing/Routed protocols, VLAN trunking, VLSM/CIDR, ACLs, OSPF/EIGRP, LAN and WAN technologies and many, many more subjects.
